Entries will be accepted via the
AA Barrel Racing website only.

ENTRIES OPEN
Monday morning, week of the jackpot.

ENTRIES CLOSE
Thursday night, week of the jackpot.

TURN OUTS
No refunds will be issued for turn outs
after the entry deadline.
Refunds for turn outs prior to entry deadline
will be at host's discretion.
JACKPOT INFO
Pre-entries only. 25 max per time slot.
*Sunday will be offered first. Saturday will be offered once Sunday draw has filled*
Separate Payout for Barrel Racing and Pole Bending.
Barrel Racing - 3D format with 1 second split
Pole Bending - 3D format with 2 second split

Each contestant will be given two runs - fastest time counts.
Should you chose not to take your second run, your first time will still count.
​
No membership required.

If running multiple horses, please specify if you need them split into different time slots.
​
Travelling partners are not guaranteed the same time slot but we do try to accommodate whenever possible.
​
Each contestant must submit an entry form.
Being listed as a travelling partner does not enter you, nor does it guarantee you a spot.
​
​
All age groups will run concurrently.
​
Gate will remain open.
​
There is lots of room for parking.
Those wishing to pull in the night before are welcome to do so.
The arena will be locked but the pens are always open.
​
​
Jackpot will run RAIN or SHINE.
​
NO washrooms or concession on site.
​
Only the outdoor arena will be open. All buildings are closed and off limits until further notice.
​

These events would not be possible without our amazing volunteers! Please be respectful.
​
Western attire is not required however you are welcome to dress up if you would like.
​
