PEMF THERAPY

What is PEMF Therapy?

Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency (PEMF) therapy has a history that dates back over a century, with roots in both medical experimentation and technological advancement. PEMF gained clinical attention for its ability to promote bone healing. In 1979, the U.S. FDA approved PEMF for non-union bone fractures, marking its first major medical validation. Over the following decades, additional approvals followed for uses such as post operative pain and edema (swelling), depression, and muscle stimulation and recovery.

PEMF Therapy utilizes ultra low frequency electromagnetic fields to stimulate cells and tissues in the body. This non-invasive, drug-free therapy improves circulation and encourages the body's natural healing processes.
